The Website is operated by Champion for Community Growth™, a division and trade name of The Real Estate Gallery of Georgia, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Champion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. Additional written terms may apply to a course, event, registration, purchase, consulting engagement, partnership, or other service. If those additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control for that specific transaction or engagement.
The Website provides information about Champion, the Fixing Broken Places™ framework, the Community Growth Institute™, Community Growth Solutions™, courses and workshops, research and publications, speaking and partnership opportunities, the Faculty & Subject Matter Expert Network, and related community-growth initiatives. Website content is provided for general informational, educational, and promotional purposes.
Website content is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, engineering, architectural, planning, zoning, environmental, public-health, human-resources, or other regulated professional advice. Community conditions, laws, regulations, markets, funding programs, and project facts vary and may change. You should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions or taking action.
Using the Website, subscribing to communications, submitting an inquiry or application, downloading materials, or attending a general informational program does not create a client, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture, contractor, faculty, Fellow, or other formal relationship with Champion. A consulting, training, speaking, partnership, or project relationship arises only through a separate written agreement or confirmed registration, as applicable.
Course descriptions, instructors, dates, locations, formats, fees, availability, and learning objectives may change. Registration is not complete until Champion confirms it and any required payment is received. Program-specific registration, cancellation, substitution, refund, recording, credential, attendance, and conduct terms may apply and will be provided when relevant.
Participation in a course, workshop, certificate pathway, or event does not guarantee professional licensure, continuing-education credit, certification by a third party, employment, funding, business success, project approval, or any particular result unless expressly stated in writing. Any certificate issued by Champion reflects only the requirements described for that Champion program.
Champion may feature or engage independent instructors, consultants, researchers, facilitators, speakers, partners, or subject matter experts. Their views are their own unless expressly adopted by Champion. References to a professional, organization, resource, product, project, or method do not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
Submitting an Expert Network application does not guarantee review, selection, appointment as a Champion Fellow, assignment, compensation, or future work. Any engagement requires separate discussion and, where appropriate, a written agreement. Applicants must provide truthful, current information and may submit only materials they have the right to share.
The Website and its content—including text, curricula, frameworks, course descriptions, publications, research, graphics, photographs, videos, downloads, page design, logos, names, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Champion and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You grant Champion a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, copy, store, review, and use a Submission only as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate an application or opportunity, administer a program or engagement, protect the Website, comply with law, or carry out another purpose you authorize.
You represent that your Submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge, do not infringe or violate another person’s rights, and do not contain unlawful, harmful, deceptive, confidential, or malicious material. Do not submit another person’s personal information without authority. Do not submit trade secrets or confidential client, employer, government, or third-party information unless you are authorized and Champion has agreed to receive it.
Champion is not obligated to treat unsolicited ideas, concepts, proposals, or materials as confidential. If confidentiality is required, obtain a written confidentiality agreement before disclosure.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID CHAMPION SPECIFICALLY FOR ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Champion may assume control of the defense of a matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate reasonably.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action arising from these Terms or the Website must be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally by written notice and reasonable discussion. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief when appropriate.
We may update these Terms as the Website, programs, or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
