Champion is a division and trade name of The Real Estate Gallery of Georgia, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit championforcommunitygrowth.com and related pages (the “Website”), submit a form, subscribe to communications, apply to our Faculty & Subject Matter Expert Network, register your interest in a program, or otherwise interact with us online.


By using the Website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please discontinue use of the Website.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We may collect information that you choose to provide, including:

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, city, and state.
  • Professional and organizational information, such as your title, employer or affiliation, biography, credentials, licenses, certifications, areas of expertise, years of experience, geographic reach, and links to professional profiles or websites.
  • Application materials, including résumés, curricula vitae, descriptions of teaching, speaking, facilitation, research, writing, and publication experience, availability, and preferred ways of contributing.
  • Inquiry and program information, including your goals, challenges, areas of interest, course or workshop inquiries, partnership interests, speaking requests, and other messages.
  • Newsletter and communication preferences.
  • Transaction information if paid registration, products, or services are later offered through the Website. Payment-card information may be collected and processed directly by a third-party payment processor rather than by Champion.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, links selected, approximate location derived from an IP address, and dates and times of visits. We may collect this information through cookies, log files, analytics tools, and similar technologies.

Information from Other Sources

We may receive information from event, educational, research, institutional, or project partners when you have asked to participate in a joint program or when the partner is authorized to share the information. We may also review professional information that you have made publicly available, such as an organizational biography or LinkedIn profile, when evaluating a potential faculty, expert, research, speaking, or project opportunity.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you about courses, workshops, advisory services, speaking engagements, research, partnerships, or other requests.
  • Review qualifications and evaluate potential participation in the Faculty & Subject Matter Expert Network or in specific programs, projects, research, publications, or community initiatives.

  • Administer registrations, learning experiences, events, applications, newsletters, and other Champion activities.

  • Match appropriate practitioners or subject matter experts with a potential engagement, subject to further discussion and any required agreement.

  • Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Website and our programs.

  • Understand general Website usage and evaluate the effectiveness of our communications.

  • Maintain records, enforce our agreements, protect our rights and safety, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

  • Send Field Notes or other promotional emails only when you have subscribed, requested information, or otherwise may lawfully receive them. You may nsubscribe at any time using the link in the message.

3. Faculty and Expert Applications

Information submitted through the Faculty & Subject Matter Expert Network application will be used to evaluate your qualifications and potential participation in Champion programs, projects, research, publications, or other initiatives. Submission does not create an employment, contractor, agency, partnership, faculty, Fellow, or other formal relationship with Champion and does not guarantee an invitation, assignment, compensation, or appointment. Any engagement will require separate communication and, where appropriate, a written agreement.

Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial-account information, health information, passwords, or other highly sensitive personal information in a résumé, CV, biography, or application unless Champion specifically requests it through a secure method.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We may provide information to vendors that host or maintain the Website, manage forms or email, provide data storage, analytics, security, scheduling, event registration, payment processing, or other operational support. They may use the information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law.
  • Program and project partners. With appropriate notice or permission, we may share relevant information with a co-host, educational institution, client, funder, research partner, project team, or other collaborating organization when necessary to evaluate or administer a program, project, or opportunity.
  • Professional opportunities. If you apply to the Expert Network, we may share relevant professional information with a prospective client, partner, instructor, reviewer, or project lead when considering you for a particular opportunity. We will not disclose a private résumé or CV publicly without your permission.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or governmental request; necessary to protect rights, property, safety, or security; or appropriate to investigate fraud, misuse, or a violation of our terms.
  • Business changes. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, change in control, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
  • At your direction. We may disclose information for another purpose when you ask or authorize us to do so.


Champion does not sell personal information for money. Champion does not use information submitted through an inquiry or Expert Network application for unrelated third-party marketing.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Website may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for core functions, security, form processing, preferences, and performance measurement. We may use analytics providers to help us understand general Website traffic and usage. Those providers may collect information according to their own privacy policies.

You can adjust cookie settings through your browser and, where available, the Website’s cookie controls. Blocking some cookies may affect Website functionality. Champion does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because no uniform standard has been adopted. If our use of advertising or other nonessential tracking technologies changes, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required choices.

If you subscribe to Field Notes or other promotional communications, we may use your name, email address, and preferences to send those messages. You may unsubscribe through the link in any promotional email or contact us using the information below. We may still send nonpromotional messages that are necessary to respond to an inquiry, administer a registration, communicate about an application, or manage an existing relationship.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to inquiries, evaluating and administering opportunities, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. 10. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may link to third-party websites, social platforms, scheduling tools, event systems, payment services, or other resources. Champion does not control and is not responsible for their privacy, security, content, or practices. Review the policies of each third party before providing information.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Website is intended for adults and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Website, contact us so we can take appropriate action. Any future youth program will use separate registration, consent, and privacy procedures appropriate to the program and applicable law.

12. Visitors Outside the United States

Champion is based in Georgia, United States. If you access the Website from another country, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Any participation by an international user remains subject to applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Website, programs, technology, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised Policy and update the “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Website or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Website after an updated Policy is posted signifies your acknowledgment of the revised practices.
